Two women will be renting the whole house. One of them is moving out leaving only Jilly who is 30 yrs old, and is a manager of a Dept. in a hotel.
The rent for the second women will be $595 per month (Electricity, TV Cable and Internet Payment included) for each renter. The refundable security deposit is $200.
The house has been completely remodeled (New carpet, new paint, new stove, new refrigerator, new patio, new bath rooms, new fans, etc).
